Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily brokerage activities and ensure timely processing of import/export documentation
• Coordinate with Subic Bay customs officials and other regulatory agencies for smooth clearance
• Review and approve shipment declarations, permits, and related documents
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariff classifications, and valuation procedures
• Address and resolve client and customs-related issues
• Lead, train, and assess brokerage staff performance
• Maintain accurate and updated records for audits and management reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration
• Licensed Customs Broker
• Minimum 3–5 years of brokerage experience with supervisory responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and Subic Bay Freeport regulations
