Logistics Administrator – Role Summary
Responsible for ensuring all logistics administration tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Goods In area. The role involves managing goods receipt and shipping data, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring import/export compliance, and supporting customs and 3PL activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage import and export compliance through customs brokers
* Oversee Inward Processing and Customs Warehouse documentation (Commercial Invoices, Bills of Discharge, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with Transport of Dangerous Goods regulations
* Control and coordinate the Goods Receiving area and notify stakeholders of arrivals
* Maintain accurate stock records across ERP and inventory systems
* Upload and manage shipping data
* Raise purchas...
