Customized Career Coach

Position Information Location Langley Salary Range $30.91 to $33.46 per hour. Salary is based on education and experience. The Opportunity The WorkBC Langley Customized Career Coach will initiate and build relationships with employers and source work experience placements and community attachment opportunities for clients. They will support clients in job search activities to secure work experience, volunteer positions and paid employment opportunities.


They will also provide follow-up support to clients at the workplace to ensure that clients maintain sustainable employment

Create new jobs, carve existing jobs and create opportunities customized to the abilities and competencies of clients;

Complete Discovery, Employment Profiles and create unpaid work experience opportunities;
