About the Role
As a Customer Verification Analyst, you will work within a high‑performing team responsible for maintaining customer tax residency records and supporting due diligence activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and validate customer tax records.
- Review customer information to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
- Support ongoing remediation and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor customer records and identify changes that may impact offshore tax residency obligations.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to update information and resolve customer cases.
- Support internal teams by providing guidance and education on AEOI and FATCA requirements.
