About the Role

As a Customer Verification Analyst, you will work within a high‑performing team responsible for maintaining customer tax residency records and supporting due diligence activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and validate customer tax records.
  • Review customer information to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Support ongoing remediation and quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor customer records and identify changes that may impact offshore tax residency obligations.
  • Work directly with customers and stakeholders to update information and resolve customer cases.
