Customer Trust & Security Advisor

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. is seeking a security/compliance questionnaire specialist to respond to customer inquiries and work with engineering, legal, and operations to gather answers. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability across responses.

You will maintain a centralized repository of approved replies, translate complex technical concepts into concise customer-facing language, and develop SOPs for common requests while escalating ambiguities for timely closure.
