Job Description

Main Duties:

  • monitoring company’s service operation;
  • conducting initial diagnostics of failures and taking steps towards reestablishing operation;
  • interacting with service providers;
  • consulting customers on questions concerning company’s business by means of forum, chat, phone, Skype, and email;
  • consulting customers and company’s employees on technical issues of software operation;
  • complaint management;
  • progress reports
  • Requirements:

  • 20-35 years old;
  • degree or incomplete degree in IT;
  • advanced PC user;
  • experience of work with Unix systems, command line skills;
  • accountability, responsibility, punctuality;
  • clear articulation, literate Russian language;
  • result-oriented;
  • teamwork skills.

  • work schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
