Main Duties:
monitoring company’s service operation; conducting initial diagnostics of failures and taking steps towards reestablishing operation; interacting with service providers; consulting customers on questions concerning company’s business by means of forum, chat, phone, Skype, and email; consulting customers and company’s employees on technical issues of software operation; complaint management; progress reports Requirements:
20-35 years old; degree or incomplete degree in IT; advanced PC user; experience of work with Unix systems, command line skills; accountability, responsibility, punctuality; clear articulation, literate Russian language; result-oriented; teamwork skills. Conditions :
