Customer Technical Administrator (Mandarin Speaker) – Facility Management

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily technical administration activities within the facility management department.

Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare maintenance schedules, service reports, quotations, purchase requests, and technical documentation.

Support the technical team in monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of work orders, asset documentation, and maintenance history.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with company standards.

Monitor service performance and follow up on outstanding technical issues.
