Location: Hillside, Brae, ZE2 9QG

Pay: £19.31 per hour, including night shift premium

Contract: 15 or 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Night shift to cover the hours between 10pm and 6am, 2–3 nights per week between Monday and Saturday.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve working in the post office, bakery, or supporting online services and home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
