Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions over phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products or services
  • Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of conversations and update customer databases
  • Promote products or services when applicable
  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Candidate Profile:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • 12th pass / undergraduate / graduate
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
