Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to lead and structure the Locus Mobile support function while actively contributing to Level technical support. This role is critical to strengthening customer satisfaction, improving support efficiency, and building a dedicated, high-performing team. You will work closely with our support and production teams in-office, supporting Locus Mobile customers in the Fire and Health segment across installations, services, and ongoing technical operations. The role is based in Sandefjord, Norway and requires on-site presence – days per week.
