Customer Support - Tamil Location: Padivattom, Edappally Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support. ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Tamil & English) Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Salary: Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month+ Incentives. Working Days: 5 days a week Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Tamil. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.
