Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 6pm and 10am to 2pm Saturday Sydney (8 hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Profile Requirements:
Essential
Minimum 2 years' experience in an outbound or inbound contact centre, sales support, or appointment setting role.
Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments or sales outcomes.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls while working towards conversion and productivity KPIs.
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, confident and courteous phone manner.
Effective objection handling and basic negotiation capability.
High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data entry and appointment booking.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow structured contact strategies.
Basic logistical reasoning to support efficient diary scheduling and territory-based booking.
