Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 6pm and 10am to 2pm Saturday Sydney (8 hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Profile Requirements:
- Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an outbound or inbound contact centre, sales support, or appointment setting role.
- Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments or sales outcomes.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls while working towards conversion and productivity KPIs.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, confident and courteous phone manner.
- Effective objection handling and basic negotiation capability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data entry and appointment booking.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow structured contact strategies.
