Onsite Set-Up

Full-Time

Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 6pm and 10am to 2pm Saturday Sydney (8 hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Profile Requirements:

  • Essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an outbound or inbound contact centre, sales support, or appointment setting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments or sales outcomes.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls while working towards conversion and productivity KPIs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, confident and courteous phone manner.
  • Effective objection handling and basic negotiation capability.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data entry and appointment booking.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow structured contact strategies.
