Customer Support Specialist (WFH | NCR Only | 2+ Years Experience Required)



Location: NCR (WFH)

Start Date: January 5 or 12, 2026

Salary: ₱27,000 Basic + ₱2,000 Allowance



Project: Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Service Provider



Job Requirements:



At least 2 years of Customer Service or Technical Support experience



Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)



Must be currently residing within NCR



Energetic and engaging personality with strong customer handling skills



Technical Skills:



Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, Ethernet, mobile apps, and web platforms



Ability to follow troubleshooting steps and escalation processes



Preferred:



Experience in hardware/software support



Background in EV charging or IoT is an advantage
