Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid – Barcelona)

Join our growing team as the frontline voice for our users, resolving issues quickly and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will handle support tickets, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help shape how we support millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and resolve support tickets using Zendesk.
  • Escalate complex tickets to senior support or dev and product teams when needed.
  • Troubleshoot user issues across the apps.
  • Reproduce and document bugs to help the team squash them faster.
  • Use tools such as Zendesk, Notion, and Trello to manage the support workflow.
  • Contribute ideas to improve support processes and the overall user experience.
