  • Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)

  • Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Handle a high volume of inbound requests via phone and email, delivering an effortless and positive client experience.
  • Ticket Management: Manage a monthly workload of 200–400 support tickets while consistently maintaining strong SLA performance and high CSAT scores.
  • Payroll Expertise: Confidently answer complex payroll questions, provide clear guidance, and proactively solve the “next” challenge for the customer.
  • Compliance & Security: Follow established SOPs and verification standards to ensure the secure handling of confidential payroll information and multi-province legislative compliance.
