About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline of customer experience across multiple brands. In this role, you will support patients throughout their telehealth consultation journey, handling inquiries across multiple communication channels while managing essential operational systems.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities across different products, and knows when to resolve issues independently versus when to escalate them.
