We need a structured, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support B2B order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination. This is an operational coordination role.

Work Type: Remote

Time Zone: U.S. Pacific Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer email communication (order status, documentation, updates)
  • Enter customer orders in QuickBooks/ ERP
  • Prepare export documents, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders
  • Prepare weekly reports

Requirements

    • 3+ years in manufacturing customer service or order processing
    • Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems
    • Experience handling international shipments preferred
    • Excellent written English
