We need a structured, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support B2B order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination. This is an operational coordination role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer email communication (order status, documentation, updates)
- Enter customer orders in QuickBooks/ ERP
- Prepare export documents, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders
- Prepare weekly reports
Requirements
- 3+ years in manufacturing customer service or order processing
- Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems
- Experience handling international shipments preferred
- Excellent written English
