Job Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle calls, emails, and chats from customers with inquiries and requests in a Telehealth/Consumer Services environment. You must maintain a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Scriptable delivers a premium, concierge-style telehealth experience, and this role requires thoughtful problem-solving, ownership, and strong written communication skills.
