Job Description

  • Support the customer service operations including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analysing of results, and implementing any changes.
  • Perform Korean language translation and proofreading where necessary.
  • Respond and support Korean players issues via chat and email, including but not limited to password resets and more.
  • Business hours: Shift based - 11:00-20:00/12:00-21:00 - work 40 hours a week.
  • Support 365 days a year including weekends and holidays (shift work)
  • Must be based anywhere in Japan.
  • Requirements

  • Business level Korean.
  • Native reading and writing skills in Korean.
  • Experience in translation and/or localization is appreciated.
  • Passionate about the video game industry.
  • Strong logical thinking.
  • Customer service (nice to have) and/or video game, travel support, help desk, technical support experience within an email contact center environment.
