Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on all features and functions within Odoo’s software applications.
  • Provide expertise to clients seeking to use Odoo applications effectively.
  • Create solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) with customers through our ticketing system, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Gather feedback so our product team can prioritize new features requested by users.
  • Boost customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Use ticketing system as the primary method of contact with customers (phone calls are not the main channel).
