Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer- and carrier-facing tracking
    • Be the subject matter expert on tracking, check-calls, carrier connectivity, and in-transit carrier operations
    • Provide top-tier carrier and customer service
    • Support fast-paced account operations
  2. Process improvement
    • Communicate with and provide feedback to improve on or create tracking processes
  3. Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree complete – or – bachelor’s degree in progress and 1+ year of experience with customer interaction and communication – or – 2+ years of experience with customer interaction and communication
  2. Excellent English language skills – verbal and written
