Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer- and carrier-facing tracking
- Be the subject matter expert on tracking, check-calls, carrier connectivity, and in-transit carrier operations
- Provide top-tier carrier and customer service
- Support fast-paced account operations
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to improve on or create tracking processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree complete – or – bachelor’s degree in progress and 1+ year of experience with customer interaction and communication – or – 2+ years of experience with customer interaction and communication
- Excellent English language skills – verbal and written
