Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to contact prospective parents who have expressed interest in Cosmo. This role focuses on inviting families to attend our free trial classes and guiding them through the scheduling process. This is not a sales role . There are no sales targets or revenue KPIs . The position is structured, well-supported, and process-driven, with clear scripts, SOPs, and training provided . This is a 3-month temporary position with an immediate start preferred, and with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time permanent role as the business grows .
