- Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation journeys
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring customers get maximum value from the product
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
