Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers working closely with our Sales and Services teams processing, testing, and configuration of returned payment devices.


If you enjoy helping customers, are confident using technology and are keen to learn, we will provide full training on our products and systems. You do not need an IT support background to be successful in this role


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


CUSTOMER RETURNS AND DEVICE MANAGEMENT



  • Process customer return requests and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

  • Conduct triage and analysis of returned devices.

  • Manage supplier returns and repair processes.

  • Load and update software on repaired devices.

  • Configure and test devices according to customer requirements.
