This role monitors and responds to customer feedback and reviews, resolves payment disputes and chargebacks, and investigates return/refund issues to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple channels while maintaining a consistently high level of service.
