Thursday–Monday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM  EST

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with
native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2)
and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate is
charismatic, energetic, and able to create a positive impact over the phone,
while guiding customers in both English and Spanish through calls, chats, and emails to resolve concerns with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
