We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our fully remote team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — German-speaking property management companies using our software. If you're tech-savvy, empathetic, and get satisfaction from actually solving problems rather than just forwarding tickets, this role is for you.

🇩🇪 German fluency is a hard requirement for this role.

What you'll do

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp — reliably and with a personal touch

  • Troubleshoot issues in our software and guide customers to solutions

  • Document recurring issues and help build out our internal knowledge base

  • Join screen-sharing sessions with customers when a problem needs hands-on attention
