Your Tasks & Responsibilities


  • To Respond and resolve  support tickets on WHMCS.
  • To Respond and resolve live chat enquiries.
  • To Provide excellent customer support at all times.
  • To Help and encourage users during a purchase on the website or over the phone.
  • To Answer phone calls using software.
