We are looking for proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The CSR will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and partners across our logistics and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients regarding delivery status, scheduling, and service-related inquiries.
Assist customers with order tracking, delivery arrangements, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other operational teams to provide real-time updates and resolve any delivery-related concerns.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
