  • College diploma, preferably with a concentration in Human Resources Management
  • A minimum of two years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • Solid administrative skills including effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact, diplomacy in a consistent professional manner
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate to Advanced using MS Office Suite 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills, employing a pleasant and professional disposition
  • Solid team player as well as an effective individual contributor
  • Plans work to meet deadlines with little guidance, with the ability to multi-task
