Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will handle customer inquiries, provide support in Spanish, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our international clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong customer-first mindset. You will work closely with internal teams to address client needs and improve service quality.
Experience: 3–4 Years
Working Hours: Two Shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM & 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 100,000. (Negotiable based on experience and interview)
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
3–4 years of experience in customer support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customer queries efficiently
Experience in handling international clients is a plus
