Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email and messaging, resolving order, shipping, return, and product issues.
  • Manage the full order process from confirmation to delivery, coordinating with fulfillment partners and providing customers with tracking.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, collaborating with shipping, inventory, and supplier teams to find solutions.
  • Develop expert knowledge of our products sold on Amazon to provide accurate and detailed information.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain and improve seller ratings.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate daily reports on fulfillment, complaints, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and strategies.
