Customer Support Representative - Phone, Chat, or Email Work From Home

**About the Role**
This is a **work-from-home** opportunity with a stable daytime schedule. **Upselling and retention** may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.
**Key Responsibilities**
Assist with LLC formation and renewal processes, including subscription and license renewals
Address **billing inquiries, password resets, and account updates**
Offer additional services and products where applicable (upselling & retention)
Provide accurate and professional customer support in a timely manner
**What We’re Looking For**
**Fluent English (C1+)** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in **customer support, sales, or retention** roles (preferred)
Ability to **handle billing, account updates, and subscription renewals**
Comfortable **upselling and offering retention solutions** when needed
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes
