Job Description

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to government services
  • Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information
  • Follow established processes, scripts, and service standards
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Uphold confidentiality and data privacy at all times

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of frontline customer service experience (government or regulated account preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (oral and written)
  • Senior High School graduate
  • Computer literate (basic navigation and data entry)
  • Willing to undergo client-specific training
  • Amenable to onsite work in Pasig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
