Job Description
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to government services
- Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information
- Follow established processes, scripts, and service standards
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Uphold confidentiality and data privacy at all times
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of frontline customer service experience (government or regulated account preferred)
- Fluent in English and Filipino (oral and written)
- Senior High School graduate
- Computer literate (basic navigation and data entry)
- Willing to undergo client-specific training
- Amenable to onsite work in Pasig
