Location:

Multan, Punjab (On-Site Position Only)

Working Hours:

9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)

Morning, evening & night shifts, including weekends (on rotation).

What You'll Do:

• Chat with customers via live chat and assist with our software services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Explain solutions in simple, step-by-step ways
• Ensure customers have a positive experience

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
• Quick thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy; IT background is a plus
