Experienced Customer Service Representative (Rotational Shift) – Bayan Lepas, Penang

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers.
  • Account Support: Assist with account management and transaction processing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Product & Technical Support: Provide guidance and support related to customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in line with agreements and established processes.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
  • Training Requirements: Requires 1–3 years of job‑related experience and technical or vocational training.
