As a Customer Support Representative , you will act as a technical resource for Skala’s suite of software solutions. You are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, supporting SaaS-based products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment.

- Recommend knowledge base articles to promote customer self-service.
- Assist customers via Zoom video calls with camera enabled.
