The Role:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone support for Csr or IT-related concerns (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
  • Deliver clear instructions and effective troubleshooting steps to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Accurately document cases and follow escalation procedures when neede
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism

Qualifications:
