Qualifications

· Candidates must be 18 years old and above

. Completed Senior High School or a Bachelor's Degree holder.

· With or without Customer Service work experience.

· Ability to communicate in English effectively.

. Basic computer navigation skills.

· Must be dynamic and open for new learnings.

· Willing to work on a night shift onsite

Tasks & responsibilities

• Talks to customers on the telephone; presents software value to customers; and promptly recognize clients' needs.
• Solves routine and complex problems using information sources provided, or by conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision.
• Recognizes problems, collects and analyzes data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions with minimal supervision.
