Key tasks include addressing customer concerns via various communication channels and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires proactive communication, a customer-centric approach, and adaptability to assist a diverse range of clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction.
  • Patience and empathy when working with customers
