We are looking for a Customer Support Representative / Calling Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service.
This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints politely
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines
  • Maintain call records and customer details
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets
  • Coordinate with the team when required

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pakistan
  • Good English communication skills (Urdu is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confident speaking on phone
