Customer Support Representative
to join our Lahore-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
  • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics partners
  • Manage customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers throughout the buying journey
  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow up where required
  • Ensure a smooth post-purchase experience and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or customer support is a plus
