Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics partners
- Manage customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers throughout the buying journey
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow up where required
- Ensure a smooth post-purchase experience and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Prior experience in eCommerce or customer support is a plus
