We're Hiring – Lead Handler / Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Who we're looking for:
• Fresh graduates (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable using Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive)
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills
• Basic understanding/interest in international education (study abroad, admissions, visas)
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple leads
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Role Responsibilities:
• Handle student leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Provide accurate information about international study options
• Maintain lead data and updates in sheets/CRM
• Coordinate with counsellors and ensure timely follow-ups
