Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary: RM 3,200 – RM 3,650 (depending on experience)

• Provide 24/7 customer service support via phone
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Deliver accurate solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience
• Educate customers on banking products and services
