About the Role
We are seeking a professional and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. As most interactions are written, strong English communication skills are essential. You will also manage complaints, inquiries, and order-related issues while representing our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Handle order status, product inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to resolve order issues
- Ensure proper follow-ups until issues are fully resolved
