We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional support across voice, email, and chat channels. This role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails and chats in a timely and professional manner 
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases as necessary 
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM system
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including CSAT and FTR scores
