Job Description
We are looking for Fresh talent who are able to work as Client Success Executive, serve as a liaison between the support team, physician, and clients to ensure the effectiveness of our reporting process by performing all related tasks and solving issues as they come up during the shift.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage case routing with respect to priority, modality expertise, physician schedule, and case volume.
- Provide weekly follow up reports to include issues encountered during the shift to facilitate physician and client management to improve overall departmental performance.
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls, email requests and complaints from physicians and clients, in an effective and professional manner in a fast-moving environment.
- Monitor work-lists on designated software to ensure TAT requirements are satisfied through a proactive approach and prompt response.
