Turn Up Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented and service-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to manage client communication, ticketing workflows, and operational documentation. This role requires strong English communication skills, structured ticket handling expertise, and solid MS Excel proficiency to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to client queries via ticketing systems, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
Log, update, track, and close support tickets with complete documentation.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated client records.
Prepare and manage operational reports using MS Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, basic pivot tables).
