Working Days: Monday – Friday
Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm & 6 pm to 3 am

Job Responsibilities
Handle on call customer interactions for UK & US-based clients
Provide professional, timely, and accurate customer support
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
O/A Levels background preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency
